Hey my loves,
I hope you remember me, it’s been a good few months. I’m currently writing this from my bed as I’m really poorly but still powering through.
I had some very sad news and couldn’t even begin to think about blogging. It’s hit me side ways and I haven’t been myself since. They say you’ve never felt true heartbreak until you lose someone you love and oh boy are they right. I sadly lost my mum and my life hasn’t been the same since.
I feel like after the loss of my beautiful mum, it’s time to speak up about mental health. So many people suffer in silence until they can’t take anymore and it truly breaks my heart. I need each and everyone of you to know that it is okay not to be okay.
Seeking help could change your life and make you realise just how precious life is, so please if you’re ever struggling know that their is always support out there whether it’s your doctors, friends, Samaritans, anything. Just seek help and take the first step to bettering your life.
I guess it’s harder said than done to stay positive in a negative situation but trust me, you’ll make it through to the other end shining brighter than ever. Life is very special and you only get one. See the good in everything. Be grateful for the little things and never take life for granted.
